This item arrived 2 days early and the packaging was more then adequate. It comes in just 3 pieces and instructions are easy to follow. I am 73 and assembled each of mine in 5 minutes. They are made of high quality material, are very sturdy and operate flawlessly. Extremely comfortable for all body types, heights and sizes.
