Was looking for an inexpensive fold up bench that locked into positions and this is perfect! Takes <30 seconds to fold/unfold and locks up with a small metal handle to carry around (only 3 pins plus the lock/latch to carry it folded). It feels very sturdy and is plenty long for my use (I’m 5’11 tall)
The pins lock the bench into various positions with no concern of it moving mid-workout. It can go flat, incline, decline, and vertical. The shorter seat can also adjust to three positions if you want an A frame shape.
Works great for benching with free weights, sit-ups, and shoulder presses. Have only used it a few times but it’s been great and I will come back to comment with any issues.
