I have had the bench a couple weeks now and it has been great thus far. It is easy to assemble (comes assembled just a matter of removing pins and unfolding). It has an awesome range of positions that allows you to have a more gym like experience from home. No rocking or creaking from bench when using weights keep in mind I dont use over 50 pounds of weights so can only speak to that. I think it has great value for the money spent as many benches with this amount of adjustable positions typically costs double.
