This bench filled out all of the requirements I had for one, as well as being able to swap between multiple positions with ease!
Other than that, I havent really done enough with it to really see if it lives up to resisting the weights it promises... But the initial assembly provided a challenge as the instructions provided were perplexing and it didnt help that the ink was faded just a bit.
