    Poor fitting legs on both chairs / Terrific Customer Service

    UPDATE: After my review below was posted, I received a message from Customer Service rep named Daniel within 24 hours. He did a terrific job of handling my concerns and understanding what type of resolution I was seeking to satisfy this situation. After trading messages with Daniel, I put together the 2nd chair I had purchased rather than returning it to . We still had issues with the legs not fitting properly but was able to get them into the slots. PRO TIP: Place all 6 legs in the freezer for 30 minutes. Take out one leg at a time and use a hairdryer to heat up the slot on back of chair then carefully insert leg and press down from center on all four corners. The chairs look fine and are fairly comfortable when using our Sunbrella lounger cushions. Overall rating of a 4 - Customer Service gets a 5 and Lounge Chairs get a 3 I ordered 2 lounge chairs on separate Lightning Deals and finally had time to open box and try to put them together. On chair 1, three out of six legs were incorrectly molded and misshapen so would not go into slot. Had to put legs in freezer and use hairdryer on base to get them into slots after much wiggling and angling - way too much effort was needed. Other 3 legs required some tapping with rubber mallet but able to get them in without much damage but plastic turned white. Leery about what I would find when I opened box with the chair I ordered under 2nd lightning deal. I was not happy to see that the base piece that the back rest slides into had cracked and broken slat. Very disappointed and now I am deciding whether to return the chairs. Pulling the first one apart would be difficult and then having to repackage both chairs and get them to UPS for pickup would be a hassle that would just waste more of my time. Bottom line is the shoddy manufacturing process and lack of attention to detail is irritating to say the least. It is now clear why these chairs have been lightning deals 3 weeks in a row - sales are not going well and is trying to unload these chairs to unsuspecting customers. Very disappointed customer.
