I received my chair and was pleasantly surprised at how easy the assembly was. Not to mention how beautiful the end result ended up looking! Unfortunately somewhere along the way a piece of the furniture was damaged. However the support team was very kind and were able to get me a replacement swiftly and effortlessly. I appreciate their hospitality and would highly recommend owning at least a pair of these to lounge or get your tan on!! 10/10
