This chair is incredibly uncomfortable, hard to adjust, and limited in it's range of operation. The arms don't move out of the way if you need them to, the seat is super hard. It's not very ergonomic. I would not recommend this chair if you have back issues or like a softer seating area. The headrest is super awkward as well. The stem of the headrest is made of plastic and would not stand up well over time.
