The first time the bench arrived the product was damaged. It was a bit of a pain to send back only because it was so heavy you need 2 people. BUT the replacement came right away (4 days) and there was no damage.
I am really happy with the quality of the whole set. The pillow is a bit more beige than the picture shows but its comfortable. The height is perfect for sitting. Its in my front entrance and I think its a strong showcase piece Sturdy, easy to assemble. So cool!
