The fact that it holds 400+ pounds was a bonus for me... 2 people can sit on it without fear of it not holding up. It is sturdy and well built. Took about an hour to assemble. Definitely using a drill with the proper bit on it saved time. Love the storage aspect of this unit as well. Simple, unique and elegant
