Its has very firm cushions. Some people might not like how firm the chair is. The more I sit in it the more my body gets use to the firmness.
When you fold out the sleeper bed part of the chair, it becomes extremely low to the ground. So low anyone with knee issues will find it hard to get up.
Oddly enough this chair is gowning on me and starting to love it. I was able to sleep on it.
