This was super easy to put together / no tools needed! It took me maybe 10 minutes to do by myself. The couch fits great in our apartment living room. For reference, our living room is 18x11 feet so finding a couch that would fit nicely in the center with enough walking room on both sides was a little bit of a challenge.
The cushions you sit on are attached to the base frame so Im thinking crumbs wont be able to get through! My only (minor) complaint is that the cushions are a little firm but maybe they will soften with time. Overall, Im happy with my purchase!
