I'm very impressed with the sturdiness of this cabinet considering it was under $120. There are definitely a few dings and dents here and there, but you would really have to be looking to notice them. I will probably upgrade the handles at some point as the ones included are just painted pieces of cheap wood. We purchased this cabinet to hide our cable box/router/modem, so I did end up drilling a couple holes in the back for wires to pop through.
The instructions are a little all over the place, but if you've ever assembled a piece of IKEA furniture, I think you'll manage.
The shelf in the closed portion is adjustable to different heights depending on your preference. I have it at the highest level in the picture. The lower shelf on the open side is also adjustable (pictured on the middle setting) but the top shelf is stationary.
Overall, definitely worth the price.
