    Company wont respond

    First off the bed frame itself is nice, no damages up on delivery. Okay, it came in 2 separate boxes. One box came to the house, i saw on the box it was box 1 of 2. I called FedEx the next day to see is they forgot the other box, they said they only had 1 tracking and 1 item on it. I email the company to ask about the other box and they got back to me a day and a half later with the other tracking , that one came 4 days later. I put it together and all was good. The bed was up for a week and on the 4th day i sat on the bed and 1 of the wooden supports broke. I didnt jump or sit down hard on the bed. The wooden supports are spaced out more then other bed like this that we have gotten. We have a purple 4 mattress and havent had any issues with other supports like this. These ones are really flimsy and splinter easily. A few days later the bed felt different, so i lifted part of the bed to check the wooden supports and noticed that the support in the middle had completely bent. I emailed the company again with pictures and asked if i could get new support pieces. Tomorrow will be the 5th day with no response. The frame of the bed is nice, easy to figure out how to put it together but a bit of a pain at times, but the support system of the bed is the worst that we have had and now they dont want to talk to us about it.
