L O V E this bed. Sturdy for adult activities. I was a little nervous , almost expecting soemthing thin and creaky but it is a solid bed frame. My kids have jumped it all over and it hasnt made a sound . Fairly easy to put together ( if you have someone to call on, call them itll be a bit easier . It can be assembled by one person though) Box it arrived in was heavy. I would HIGHLY suggest this bed .
