These chairs are very pretty. A little on the firm side and very deep. I need a pillow behind me to sit comfortably. Even with all that, I love the look and quality of the chairs. One problem: I suspect I received a reject from someone else. One chair was not packed in the original plastic covering. It was all taped up whereas the other one was just tied. And the top of the non-reversible seat cushion on that one has two dirty streaks on it. I am afraid to try to clean it as its in a conspicuous spot and Im afraid I will make it worse. Its not real noticeable, but others may see that its there. I am not able to re-pack and send it back so I will reluctantly keep it. Made very cheap
