I have two of these beds in different colors. One has been in use with no issues for a couple of years. It looks great, is sturdy, and was a great value for the money. I recently ordered and quickly received the second one. The second, for some reason, was missing a relatively major piece. I contacted and told them the issue and without any hassle, they remedied the situation quickly. I appreciate that they stand behind their product and made it right, quickly and easily.
