To make matters worse you have to cut the box in a way you can no longer use it to ship it back. Then the phone number provided for parts is not correct nor are the two email addresses they both came back as undeliverable, I copied and pasted them so it wasnt that I copied them incorrectly. Do not buy from this company. The fabric is also cheap.
