Originally the trundle piece did not arrive and the day bed was missing a few screws, but my experience with customer service was outstanding. Once I got in touch with the Furniture rep they were very receptive. We worked on shipping a trundle and I received it about a week later. The day bed and trundle are as advertised and easy to assemble.
