Instructions were clear, but two people needed to keep things aligned during assembly. Trundle was a bit tricky getting the slats to line up with holes/get screws in fully.
The slats are a bit cheap n thin for my liking, but since grandkids are using Im ok with it. I told the adults to not step/stand on trundle so as not to break. If weight kept distributed should be no problem. Aside from that the bed is beautiful and sturdy for the price!
