This was a replacement since the 1st one was lost by the USPS. I was not sure how to go about contacting so I called the manufacturer. They were very helpful and provided me the info I needed for replacement. I bought this for my son and he was able to assemble In no time. The frame is pretty sturdy with lots of room from storage. I am highly satisfied and thankful for the great customer service I got from the manufacturer. I am highly satisfied.
