Mine came already opened and taped shut. I knew when on so saw that, it was either missing pieces or damaged… I was right about the latter. But it was so heavy to move on my own, I just put it together and made it work. should really inspect returned items before shipping them back out! Yall make too much money (I know bc I literally throw money at yall) to send defective items
