Arrived wrapped as new but with greasy finger prints under the plastic wrap.
This chair arrived wrapped up as if new but under the plastic, there were black, greasy finger prints all over the seat and seat back. On one, it was clear someone had spent so much time trying to clean one off that it frayed the material. Ridiculous. Lucky for them I didnt have time to send it back. I suppose thats what they count on.
