I am a novice to putting together furniture, but I put most of this together by myself. My husband did come in and tighten a few things, and my 2 year old put in the wine holders, so I guess it did turn into a family project after all. It took a couple hours off and on. Usually my husband builds our furniture, but hed been busy with other household tasks, and I was eager to have it in place as soon as it arrived. There are very detailed instructions provided that have images. Even so, I did run into some trouble due to a screw mix up that was more due to me mixing up the screws / swapped the longer one for the shorter one that looks similar. Screw wouldnt come out and I just knew we were screwed / pun intended. My husband suggested contacting the company to find out the process for requesting replacement parts. Nancy, from the Customer Service Department was so responsive and courteous! My parts were shipped to me posthaste and I couldnt be happier with the end product. This was a very good experience. I would buy products in the future.
