Standard queen size is 60x80
Beware this bed is 64.5 x 80 It does state on the measurements but it was not safe to assume I needed a queen size bed frame for my queen size mattress. Now I have a gap on the sides. I cannot return it because I didnt realize all of this until after i assembled it. The box was pretty smashed on the ends on arrival so I am pretty much screwed.
