I love that it is high enough for major storage underneath! It is sturdy and works great. I do wonder why bed frames are mostly these metal , there should be some that criss cross otherwise if you have a softer mattress like a memory foam mattress, you dont get great back support. I have a hybrid mattress (I also tried a memory foam mattress I have on it) and it sinks too much that my back hurts. I had to go out and buy pre cut plywood and put it down as support. This bed frame is inexpensive to say a box spring, but when I added the cost of plywood (2 pieces cost me almost 100 bucks because it is so expensive right no!), then it turns into an expensive frame. The plywood slips right into grooves on the bed (doesnt slide around on top), so that is a GREAT feature if you need firmer support. I have another bed frame like this and it does not have the ability to put plywood on it, as the mattresss would probably slip around. Its easy to put together (my teen son did it), and its pretty sturdy. The legs are large, so I feel like its not going to dig holes in my carpet (my other metal frame has skinny legs and makes big dents in my carpet). You can fit MEGA storage underneath, its high up and you only need a top mattress. The downside is it can squeak a bit when you get in it or move (not a fan of squeaky beds), but its mild. Overall, a great buy.
