You get what you pay for and is this the highest quality in furniture you can get. No, but for its price, it is very good. My box arrived in terrible condition and some damage to parts. I called and directly and both were excellent in resolving the situation. I also learned from that there is a 5 year warranty on their pieces. I had a damaged item and they immediately (and very courteously) set about fixing the problem by sending out replacement pieces. Both and s customer service was excellent, so it takes the fear out of purchasing online from these companies. I cant wait to order my next piece from them!
As for the item itself, I am very satisfied with its beauty and construction. It took us about 2 hours to build and the instructions were good. Just need to take the time to read them and understand them. The doors are a bit tricky to align but with some tweaking of the screws, it can be done. I love my new storage cabinet and the color is aming.
