Box of 4 chairs arrived well packed and protected in transit. Removing the black wrapping around the chair legs is indeed kind of messy like one reviewer said, so I unwrapped them over the box, which worked great to catch the debris. There was an extra hardware package included, which was really nice, so theres no risk of not having what you need. The pieces arent warped as one reviewer expressed. Each chair frame has a distinct right and left side that is intentionally bent in a particular direction. So you have to match opposites. When assembling, begin with the cross bar, unlike what the directions say, leaving screws loose. Then screw together the bottom of the frame and tighten all screws. If you dont start with the crossbar, youll have trouble inserting it later. The only problem I ran into was an occasional screw being too short when attaching the front of the seat to the frame. But I solved that problem using one of the long extra screws that was included. Thankfully all the screw holes are the same dimension. I sat in a lot of chairs locally and this bucket style seems to be the most comfortable dining chair I could find. I even took one over to my moms house to have her sit in it to get it mother approved. And when my mother-in-law came over, she, too, said how comfortable the chairs are. The faux leather is nice, the stitching is beautiful, and the amount of padding is adequate.
