This stool looks as in the photo. I wanted something plain and simple that functions well and thats how I would describe this stool. Also the seat cover was the perfect shade of gray that I needed. Unfortunately the stool came without any hardware. I called the seller and was furnished new hardware very quickly.
I gave it 5 stars despite the problem because it was corrected ASAP.
