I purchased this bed, first thing that went wrong was, someone else received my shipping info who was not a member of my household or had anything to do with my account. Second bed is pretty wobbly, the allen key was too small. has not reached out regarding this breach of privacy even though I contacted them a few time and spoke to two different people.
