Thought this would be so cool for my daughters transition to a big girl bed the boards was short holding up the mattress and the wood kept chipping. Every time my daughter moves on it the under boards break , but she loves her bed I suggest putting a thicker board on there for support other than that I love the bed This is a very nice, easy to put together sectional for a small space
