Loved the color and the look as we are grabbing the pieces a part was broke which then snapped completely in half which it was prob cracked in transit to my house I dont want a refund I just want the one piece that actually broke so it can be completed UPDATE I received broken pieces fast and owner followed up with a call to make sure I received it kids still live the bed beautiful!!!!!!!
