Poorly written instructions along with poorly labeled pieces (took 3 people 3 hours to assemble) Also * FYI/ prime customers it took a week and a half to arrive /I would have happily paid for rush shipping as I was trying to surprise my girls, but it wasnt an option. Aside from all of this, now that its together I love it/it looks beautiful, exactly what I wanted and the kiddos are over the moon!
