Positives:
/Parts were well labeled, and all the pieces were included.
/Assembly was fairly easy. You will need 2 people to lift the top bunk over the bottom. Also, youll need enough space to assemble two twin beds side by side.
Negatives:
/Bed is VERY creaky/wobbly with a 65 lb child on top. The entire bottom bunk moves when the top bunk sleeper makes the slightest re/adjustment.
/Slats seem weak and unsupportive. After one day of use, they visibly buckle with 95 lbs of weight (65 lb child 30 lb mattress) on them. The weight limit claims to be 225 lbs, but Id never test that.
/Beds are NOT identical when used as two twin beds. One has longer headboard/footboard posts than he other.
I think its okay for children 50 lbs or less, and dont have high expectations as to how long itll last. At least its only 20
