    Major design flaws

The frame went together with no problem and works. There are however, several design flaws. The remote is a joke and I have no idea why a screen lights up when you push a button because it is the same picture with a blinking dot, that you see with all the buttons. It cannot be used in the dark because the buttons are so flush with the remote body it is difficult to find the button you want. If they would have put some effort in to it, the buttons could have been back lit rather than showing a useless picture. My major concern though is the lifting ability. The first issue is with the remote and its preset zero gravity button. It is not preset, you are supposed to set the zero gravity setting yourself. The angles of the zero gravity position were created by NASA and all a person can do is guess; it should be factory set!! My main dislike of the frame is that the feet/legs do not lift high enough. I know the height I want is available, even on a hospital bed. I have woken up with a back ache every day since getting it because my knees need to be raised quite high. I was using a borrowed hospital bed the 6 months previous to receiving this bed. My knees were raised nicely and I awoke with no back ache. I looked forward to this bed for quite some time and am completely disappointed. I would have returned it if it was not such a headache to do so.
