I thought it was great / until it broke and will not honor the warranty.
Bought this for my aging mother and she loves it! Easy to put together and while the delivery was late, it was worth the wait. The nice thing about this model is that it has 6 legs instead of 4 and feels very sturdy. Will probably buy another one for myself soon.
UPDATE: The foot mechanism got stuck in the up position and I reached out to customer service. Since the bed has a 3 year warranty, they emailed me to let me know they would send a replacement part after I got them the info from the product tag. It has been over 4 months and no one will get back to me about the replacement parts ETA. When you email back they send you the same message which is a repeat of the previous message saying they will follow up. When you call the customer support number, you get directed to a VM box that is completely generic. Im VERY disappointed that they do not honor their warranty. I havent been able to use the bed on the bottom since February.
