To start, the foundation is just what I wanted. Its simple to use and more than adequate with our memory foam mattress. I installed it inside an existing Mission bed frame simply be removing the slats across the bottom that the old box spring sat on. The old bed just sits around the new foundation for looks. It was easy to assemble, since all you have to do is screw the legs on, but it is quite heavy and bulky. Dont think youre going to wrestle this in place by yourself. But with two or three people its just a matter of positioning it where it needs to go and plugging it in.
Now to that titular Great Customer Service: We lost our remote after a few weeks. (One of my kids probably threw it away.) I emailed customer support asking how to buy a replacement. Jim from sent me a replacement completely free of charge. In fact, he sent me THREE before we got the right one because I was unsure of the model. All were at no cost to me. This is really standing behind a product and I couldnt be happier.
