Overall, I absolutely love this bed frame. There was some difficulty assembling it and the directions for syncing the remote was incorrect. However, customer service answered my call quickly and resolved the issue promptly and were very courteous. My kids bought this to go with a Nectar foam mattress as a gift to me and they work very well together. There is a vibrating feature at the center of both the head and foot end. They are a bit loud but good if you want white noise. The remote is wireless and looks like a TV remote. It come with 2 preset bed positions, in addition to flat, and memory buttons to set your preferred positions. The remote also has a flashlight. Two USP ports can be found on the frame which is upolstered in a dark gray fabric.
