UPDATE on 8/29/20
I was finally contacted by someone from who indicated he would send me the replacement control box and remote control at no charge. It took time because the parts were apparently on backorder. I received them a few days ago and just installed them on the bed. Easy to install and works better than new. Remote is much better than the original. I have changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars.

Bought two of these in December of 2016 to make a split king. Both worked fine FOR AWHILE. About a year ago, one of them starting clicking if we left it plugged in. We have to adjust the bed, then unplug it to keep from hearing this annoying clicking sound.
Then, right at the end of the 3 year warranty period, the other bed quit adjusting. We tried everything, and finally narrowed it down to the control box. I immediately emailed the manufacturer on their website. NO RESPONSE! Finally, yesterday, I found a phone number to call. I was told by customer no service that I have an outdated control box, and I must pay 285 for a new control box and remote control! MY CONTROL BOX IS OBSOLETE AFTER ONLY 3 YEARS? VERY SUSPICIOUS! DID THEY KNOW THEY HAD A DEFECTIVE CONTROL BOX AND THEREFORE REPLACED IT WITH A NEW ONE?
NOW, I MUST PAY 60% OF THE COST OF A NEW BED IN ORDER TO CONTINUE TO USE MY EXISTING BED. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! IF THE OLD BOX HAD ISSUES, THEY SHOULD NOT PENALIZE THE CUSTOMER. AT A MINIMUM, THEY SHOULD ONLY CHARGE ME THEIR COST ON THE REPLACEMENT ITEMS. IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS AFTER 3 YEARS, YOU MIGHT AS WELL THROW IT AWAY.
