The bed is great, but
The first bed frame i ordered was missing the remote. So I called the number listed for customer support. This was the number for manufacturer. He told me that they didnt have any more remotes so i needed to order a replacement bed frame and then return the other one. I was given a return code and asked to bring the 130 lb bed frame to the UPS store. Had to ask my 2 sons to bring because i could not lift. The UPS store charges an addl 25 on top of the return code Now the merchant is saying they did not receive the return of bed frame. This is a nightmare. Wish i could find a number to call someone to talk to.help!
