Box arrived in ONE day which was a week sooner than expected. I assembled it myself including flipping it into place. The assembly consisted for screwing in the 4 corner legs and the mattress rails at foot. As a smaller female (who is stubborn), flipping it was a challenge but I did it.
It took a minute to figure out the syncing the remote, but once I located the correct button under the bed, it was good. The motors are pretty quiet as they raise my 14 memory foam mattress. I am happy so far.
With head or foot elevated, there are gaps around the frame that could lead to injury of little ones (see the photos in product listing). This was not something I thought about before purchasing. My small dog has an issue jumping up if the feet are elevated.
The unlimited positions make for a more comfortable bed. I am hopeful it works for years. I did opt for the simple bed without heat and massage as that is fewer things to break. I did order the pieces to attach the headboard but they have not arrived yet.
