Got the bed 2.5 years ago and it has been great. Adjustments work well, the USB ports are handy, remote is direct, and it was easy to assemble. The only issue occurred recently when the adjustments stopped working, I called the customer service number and had the bed fixed in minutes. The remote needed to be synched with the bed after changing the batteries. The customer service rep Gayle was friendly and helpful. It was such an easy process Im writing this review.
