You will never be able to get a replacement remote.
My remote got lost after being ill i noticed it was missing. attempts to replace it have been a huge headache. if you start emailing the manufacturer you will need the LAW number witch is stapled to the head section. if not just lost in your box. without that they can not determine what remote works with your bed. you would think they would adhere it to the metal frame but use staples to tack it to the thin fabric covering the metal frame instead. without this they can not help you and drag you though a circle of what you need to look for and always come about again to providing them with the LAW code or they cant help you. even if you know the manufacturer part number you cant seam to order it anywhere online.
