This loveeeeseat fits my tiny NYC studio so well. It seems well-made and is very sturdy, and has that classic chesterfield look to it. Its a good !!! height off the floor which makes floor cleaning easy, too. The only semi-downside is that it it is quite stiff, but Im hoping it softens up with use. Im about 54 and its still a bit short for me length-wise , so if youre taller and looking to stretch out, this isnt the sofa for you. But if you have limited space and need some extra seating for guests, or you want something chic and pretty to lounge on other than your bed, it IS the one for you! Im incredibly happy with this purchase
