Ive had this bed for a little over a year. Its been pretty sturdy and solid. It wasnt hard to assemble, either (but two people may be best). The other day I noticed one of the side boards was cracked (anything could have happened, but Im betting on my nieces who enjoy jumping on our bed when they visit). I reached out to to see how I can go about ordering the replacement piece. After verifying my order and sending them a pic of the crack, they didnt hesitate to send out a replacement, free of charge. And they responded quickly. Id definitely purchase from this company again. suit for my house!
