Like the other reviews said the ladder hurts like hell...but buy a pool noodle and attach it to the steps and you will be fine. Other than that 2 adults take nicely to this bed for a small room....It was a bit bigger than we expected but now we both have a bed and I no longer sleep on the floor in the way. Only real downside was that Cymax ships this thing via freight and if you want the freight people to deliver unload and take it across the threshold then thats an extra 300 bucks almost. Thankfully We live right down the street from the local freight company and just picked it up with the help of the brother person and a helpful dock worker that took pitty on my tendonitis and helped us wheel it down the ramp. all in all great buy and excellent family project since it takes 4 people to put it together in about an hour or 2
