Item changed hand 12 times before receiving at home! Packaging was destroyed: item was bent, scraped, gouged and greased. Thankfully bunkbed really is heavy duty and was still usable, because we desperately needed it (and visual condition is not top priority for us) so we hammered out the bent areas and ignored the paint damage. We will not have to return it as product is good quality but process was very bad.
