Missing hardware BUT they called my local hardware store!
Bed arrived, but was missing the hardware! I wanted to buy locally and build it right away! But hubby said we needed more info on the screws to buy the correct ones. Im soo disappointed! I have emailed customer service, I hope to hear from them soon!
Update: They emailed me ASAP! They ordered pick up from my local hardware store and I will be picking them up soon! They were very friendly and considerate and all around awesome for helping me out so fast! Now to build the bed!
