Easy to assemble. Not heavy at all when in pieces. Im tiny (120lbs, 52) and out of shape and was able to do it alone with no problems. (Mostly) Read the instructions! I was so impressed with myself as I moved along that I put one of the headrests in backwards. I was able to remove if after some fancy footwork with my short limbs and a butter knife. Also, dont forget to dress it up afterwards, haha. Some comfy pillows and a soft blanket and youre in business. Go for it, go for it.
