Until seller contacts me, initially I'm nit happy. Nice chair overall. But their ship department sent an already exchanged chair as if new. Hardware and leg bags akready opened. Fingerprints on brass, a stained seat cushion and( final blow )one bolt hole is chewed and will not take bolt.
I await their response.
