Was easy to put together, but you will need a power drill for the bed beams. Bed beams did not come pre-drilled so getting screws in are meh, would suggest to pre drill small hole to avoid splitting the beam. Other than that no issue assembling bed.
Also the beam count in general is rather low. So I suggest either getting a few more wood beams to go across or stopping at hardware store and picking up 6' by 4'ish of untreated pine to act as a bed board under it to share the bed load.
Other than that, bed works and looks great and still has plenty of room under it to store toys or missing cloths.
